Starbucks is bringing back pistachio favorites and introduces new limited-edition specialties. From the iconic Oat Velvet Latte to the new Macchiato, Matcha Latte, and February’s Pistachio Hot Chocolate, this season is full of velvety textures and trendy flavors.

Say hello to our three new pistachio innovations for winter comfort

  • Pistachio Flavour Macchiato - Velvety whipped milk, iconic espresso, delicious pistachio flavour and pistachio drizzle on top. In both hot and iced versions, it is the ideal choice for those looking for a balance between smoothness and an intense coffee experience.

  • Pistachio Flavour Matcha Latte - The perfect winter upgrade for matcha lovers. 100% Japanese matcha is frothed together with milk, mixed with pistachio flavor and finished with cold pistachio foam. Available in both Hot and Iced versions.

  • Pistachio Flavor Hot Chocolate - A limited edition that you will only be able to enjoy in February and is definitely worth it. Milk whipped to a velvety consistency is combined with chocolate mocha, complemented by cold pistachio foam, creating a warm, yet perfectly combined taste experience. Exclusively through Starbucks Delivers, it is also available in an iced version.

What would be a pistachio season without pistachio desserts? You can look forward to a comeback, and even new ones.

  • Pistachio Premium Cookie - A cookie that will melt everyone's heart. Golden baked on the outside, soft on the inside - full of crunchy and whole pistachios and gently melting pieces of white chocolate. Indulgent, fragrant and completely addictive.

Starbucks is also expanding its range of savoury pastries and sandwiches made in-house:

  • Pastrami Sandwich - A colourful combination of cheddar cheese, peppery pastrami, pickles, coarse mustard, vegan mayonnaise and a fluffy brioche pan roll. A hearty choice for a lunch break or a quick snack.

  • Goat Cheese Croissant - A buttery croissant spread with fig jam, topped with arugula and creamy goat cheese. A simple yet distinctive combination of flavours.

  • Parma & Mozzarella Croissant is the return of a popular classic - A buttery croissant filled with dried prosciutto crudo, pesto, fresh arugula and soft mozzarella. Just one taste is enough to understand why it returns every year.

  • Guatemala Casi Cielo – a smooth, citrusy coffee from the iconic Antigua Valley, celebrated since 2004 as a winter favorite. Its name, “almost heaven,” reflects its high-mountain origin and exceptional quality.
