Starbucks Reserve™ – An exclusive coffee experience

The Starbucks Reserve™ concept was created in 2010 to delight lovers of specialty coffee with distinctive, inconsistent, and unique flavour profiles. These coffees are roasted in small batches, available only for a limited time, and never repeated. They come from smaller regions and farms, which gives them their individuality.

While the core Starbucks offering relies on washed processing for a consistent taste, Starbucks Reserve™ aims to continuously surprise its customers. The first Roastery opened in Seattle, and today we also roast in Tokyo, Chicago, Shanghai, New York, and Milan. The Milan Roastery also supplies the Reserve™ Store in Prague – the first store of its kind in Europe.

Exclusively at the Starbucks Reserve™ Store Prague, you can enjoy the exceptional Reserve™ Microblend no. 10 and no. 21 in our beverages – two unique blends ideal for Cold Brew or espresso, with notes of chocolate, caramel, and citrus. Discover them alongside the Reserve™ Decaf Costa Rica Hacienda Alsacia™, allowing you to enjoy your favourite drinks without caffeine – and without compromising on flavour.

    Endebess Estate from Kenya, grown at the foot of Mount Elgon, offers coffee of exceptional quality with a balance of sweet and savoury notes. This lot, processed using the washed method, delivers vibrant citrus and currant notes that highlight its freshness and complexity. The estate, with a heritage dating back to the 1940s, is known for its meticulous care in cultivating its beans, resulting in a coffee that leaves a truly memorable impression.     In Ethiopia, coffee is a way of life – ceremonial rituals of roasting, grinding, and brewing strengthen both tradition and community bonds. Natural Ethiopia Chelelektu honours this heritage, offering a rich flavour thanks to careful cultivation around the Chelelektu washing station, where farmers tend the land as if it were a garden. The cherries are hand‑picked at peak ripeness and dried on raised African beds for 15–21 days, ensuring their unique character. Available as whole‑bean coffee for a limited time.
