How does Mobile Order & Pickup work?

With Mobile Order & Pickup, you can conveniently place your order in the Starbucks® Czechia app and pick it up at the selected Starbucks coffee house. You automatically collect stars and don't have to stand in line at the register.

Who can use Mobile Order & Pickup?

To use Mobile Order & Pay, you must have the Starbucks® Czechia app installed on your Android or Apple iOS smartphone and be logged into your Starbucks® Rewards account.

What payment methods can I use for Mobile Order & Pickup orders?

The following payment methods are available for Mobile Order & Pickup orders: - Apple Pay - Google Pay - Credit/Debit card (Visa or Mastercard) - Starbucks® Card

Can I collect stars with Mobile Order & Pickup?

Yes, to use Mobile Order & Pickup, you must be logged into your Starbucks® Rewards account in the app. You will automatically collect stars with each order, which will be credited to your account within 24 hours.

Can I pay for Mobile Order & Pickup orders with my Starbucks® Card balance?

Yes, you can certainly pay for Mobile Order & Pickup orders with your Starbucks® Card balance. Simply select your Starbucks® Card as the payment method at checkout.

How do I use the Mobile Order & Pickup feature?

To use the Mobile Order & Pickup feature, you must have the Starbucks® Czechia app installed on your Android or Apple iOS phone. Log in with your Starbucks® account, select the coffee house you wish to collect from then choose your desired product, and pay directly in the app. Your drink will then be prepared, and you can pick it up at the coffee house.

Can I use Mobile Order & Starbucks in all Starbucks® stores in Czechia?

You can use the Mobile Order & Pickup feature in all participating Starbucks® Coffee Houses in Czechia except of Starbucks Reserve™ Store, Jungmannova Praha. To check if your store offers Mobile Order & Pickup, please check the store information in the Store Locator. If 'Mobile Order & Pickup‘ is listed under 'Amenities,' the selected store participates.

What happens if I want to place an order, but the store is not available?

If your desired store is unavailable, you can place the order at another participating store. The app will show you available stores nearby. The availability depends on opening hours of the selected store.

Can I add multiple products in one order?

Yes, you can add multiple products to your order. Simply select the desired items and add them to your cart.

How do I receive my order?

After placing the order in the app, you will receive a notification that your order is being prepared. You can then go to the coffee house and pick it up within a few minutes (approximately 5-7 minutes) at the end of the counter on the 'Collect your Mobile Order' labeled tray.

Is there a way to change my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once it has been placed. However, you can always place a new order if you'd like something different.

How can I ensure I get stars for my order?

All orders placed through Mobile Order & Pickup are automatically linked to your Starbucks® Rewards account if you are logged into the app. Make sure you have provided the correct account information when placing the order.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the barista. They can offer you a replacement drink.

Can I also use vouchers or coupons with Mobile Order & Pickup?

Yes! You can use vouchers and coupons in the app for your Mobile Order & Pickup order.

Can I order bundles via Mobile Order & Pickup?

No, there is currently no way to order bundles via Mobile Order & Pickup. Please contact the barista in the coffee house to order the corresponding bundle.

Do I have to pay extra for the Mobile Order & Pickup feature?

No, there are no additional charges for using the Mobile Order & Pickup feature. You only pay for the products you order.

How long does it take for my order to be ready?

The preparation time depends on the respective store and the order volume at the particular store. On average it takes 5-7 minutes for your order to be ready for pickup.
