We are pleased to announce that we have recently added a great and very practical feature to our app – Mobile Order & Pick-up!

What is it? ❓
A feature that allows you to easily order your favorite drink, dessert, sandwich or coffee beans in advance from your phone without waiting in line. Simply order and pick up at your chosen café within 15 minutes! It's that simple!

What are the benefits?
➕You no longer have to wait in line – you can order on the tram, bus or from the comfort of a store when you see the queue and don't feel like getting up from your work.
➕You can simply pay for your order via Apple Pay or Google Pay, or from your Starbucks(r) Rewards account.
➕At the same time, you collect Stars in the same way as when scanning or paying with a Starbucks card – this brings you closer to a reward in the form of a free drink!

What are the disadvantages?
➖ We are still working on this – we have not found any disadvantages of using Mobile Order & Pick-up so far. 😊

Where can I find this feature? 📱
In your app, you will now see an Order button in the bottom panel. After clicking the button, you simply select a café, then choose your favorite product from our menu, add your favorite toppings (🔝10/10 baristas recommend the Cold Brew Latte with Coconut Syrup!) and add it to your cart. Then, pay for your order – you can also use coupons for the collected Stars – and simply pick it up at the checkout counter at the selected café. No waiting!

What to do if I don’t see this feature in the app? 🆘
Please check that you have the app updated in your App Store or Google Play and update to the latest version if necessary. If that doesn’t help, we recommend simply uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Check whether you have location services enabled in the app.

How long will it take for me to pick up my order? ⏱️
Our baristas will start preparing your order as soon as they receive it and it will be ready for pick up within 15 minutes of ordering.
