Our survey contains a short series of questions about your order and the service you received with our partners (employees) in store. The survey is intended for customers over 18 years, your feedback is completely anonymous and its results will be used to help us work on opportunities to improve your future visits. We greatly value your time and any feedback you can provide.

Starbucks have chosen SMG Limited to run the survey on our behalf. SMG is a leading experience management (XM) provider in the market research industry. They pair their technology and survey platform with professional services to accelerate value for clients like us, and change the way they act on customer and employee insights.

Approx 1 in 20 customers will be invited at random to participate in the My Starbucks Experience survey. This is subject to change, at our discretion.

If you were invited to participate in the My Starbucks Experience survey during a visit to one of our cafes and you completed the survey, you will receive an offer for your next visit as a thank you. The survey invitation can be found on your receipt.

Offer entitles you to 100 CZK off a 200 CZK remaining transaction total (after any other discounts or offers have been applied). Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, except those offered by Starbucks® Rewards and our own cup scheme.

Offer redeemable in store only by handing in the survey paper invitation to the barista when ordering, not when placing mobile orders via the Starbucks® app or delivery.

Offer not redeemable on Starbucks Card activation or reload balances.

Offer only valid on successful completion of the My Starbucks Experience survey. Once completed, the numeric code on the paper invitation will become a 100 CZK voucher. You need to show the original receipt at the cash register.

The survey must be completed within 7 days from the date and time printed on your invitation. The offer is valid for 13 days 23 hours and 59 minutes from the date and time printed on your invitation.

Valid at participating Starbucks stores in Czech Republic.

Offer not available to Partners (employees) of Starbucks or its licensees.

Voucher is non-transferable. No cash alternative available.

Only original receipt with QR code are valid. Photos, photocopies or scans will not be accepted.
